mint mark on Presidential dollars

How do you know which mint they are from if the mint mark is on the edge. Just went to the bank picked up 10 rolls. I would like to keep the rolls intact, but if I have to braek them to see the mint that would defeat the purpose of having an unc roll. Wouldn't it?

Depending on where you live, closer to Philly or closer to Denver depends on where they are wrapped. If your rolls say "N.F.String & Sons, Inc. Harrisburg, PA, they are from the Philly mint. I dont know who wraps them for the Denver mint.

The complete answer to your question is in Posts Nos. 55-57 on page two of this thread. You can discuss it further over there if you wish.
