Double E-mail updates on Replies to Posts or Subscribbed threads


I seem to be getting double e-mail replies to alot of the updates on threads I posted in and have subscribed too...


Things I already looked at...

checked my forum settings all seem to be fine. (no changes, since I signed up)

Mail box is no where near full (Yahoo Webmail, paid account)

Tried clearing my cache, and history

Rebooted my PC and also checked from my work laptop..

I get updates from several other forums and the rest are not doing this...

Its been going on for about a week to a week and a half I think...

Ideas???
