Thread: 2001 and 1999 $10 STAR Notes

I do not know much about paper money and had a few questions about this note...
1. What they might grade?
2. Are they worth anything?

The 1999 is from a high run of 3,200,000 and in its condition is worth maybe a dollar over face value. The 2001 is from a lower print run, but is in rougher shape, so same for that note as far as value goes.
