This coin and the rest that the seller is selling are without a doubt AT.....
It looks AT to me.

Artificial toning for sure.
The toning is the least of that coins problems, at least that can be fixed with a dip. The coin has been harshly cleaned and has many hairlines and scratches. The coin is an absolute poster child for "When bad things happen to good coins". It is worth melt, but even then I really wouldn't want it playing with my other coins.

In fact, most of the k-topia purple/golden crayon coins are actually listed with "AT" in the title.
She seems to be branching out to sell polished-looking coins with blown-out photos as "GEM BU".
I did get a nice lot of impaired or damaged-case silver proofs from her once for around half melt, but in general I wouldn't go near her stuff. I think she's another seller who had a little "vacation" from eBay; now she's back with a new username, and perhaps trying to avoid trouble by putting "AT" in her titles.
Honestly, with a year of Cointalk under your belt, you shouldn't need to ask that question about that coin. Furthermore, I think you already knew the answer and just wanted to increase your thread count. Do you realize that of your almost 1800 posts, nearly 500 of them are new threads?

Hahaha....wow.
Granted the toning is just absolutely rediculous and without a doubt artificial, I must say those colors are pretty sweet.

Heck, I'd guess that about one-third (maybe more?) of my post count comes from welcoming new members. I do use my post count milestones as an excuse to have a contest. I noted that I'm approaching 10K, but since the powers that be have cracked down on the contest formats, I guess I can't give away the duck and I can't ask a contest question about the Mayan Calendar.
