I wonder if signature is for message through private or a same message on bottom of all post that I made?

See at the bottom of my post where it says - knowledge ...... share it

That is my signature and it is at the bottom of every post I have ever made.

I don't see it. Is it possible in my end that it was hidden?

There is a box to check under: Forum Settings -- General Options -- Thread Display Options -- if you want to view signatures.

I have another question. Does this forum allow custom graphic banner in signature? Also, any limitation on number of texts in signature that I should know?

6 – Signature lines

Signature lines may contain a link to a website which you own or otherwise control, or of your employer. Signatures are not to be used for advertising pitches. They can however be used for informational statements which reflect your character, or other tasteful information about yourself or your coin collection. Signature lines may never contain political comments be they endorsements and/or derogatory in nature.

It didn't say OK or no on custom graphic banner to add in my signature. I assume it could be OK for me to create my own banner and set it in my signature?

As far as I know the forum software is set to not allow banners in sig lines. So I guess I'd have to say no you cannot.

If I want to create/edit my signature, I see these notes in the "Signature Permissions" box:

Can Upload Images for Signature: No
Can Upload Animated GIF for Signature: No

Aslpride, I assume this applies to your settings too.

Doug and chrisild: I am trying to be a joke regarding copyright because it stated no copy and paste from any sites on this forum. Guess it didn't work, ignore it. As chrisild point out in signature permission and I see it now. Thank you for help. However, I hope sometime in future this forum will allow banner in signature. It will allow us create a banner with our best collection or favorite coins to collecting.

Just for the point of clarity, that's not quite what it says. You CAN copy/paste copyrighted material and include a link to wherever you found that copyrighted material. But - you MUST abide by the Fair Use rules. That means that you can only copy/paste a few sentences of copyright protected material. And then it is up to those who read your post to use the link you provide if they wish to read everything.
