You may be able to trust your roommates, but what about your roommates friends, or your roommates friends friends? Often dorm rooms seem to have revolving doors with all kinds of people coming in and out.I would just like to chime in and say you should be able to trust your roommate(s).
But they still may make a comment on what they have seen to the wrong person not realizing the security risks.RDs and RAs are normally trustworthy, or else they wouldn't have their job
