    1970 S Penny small or large date?

    I found this 1970 S penny today i cant tell if its small or large date. It is in amazing condition though! does anyone know the worth of this coin?

    IF it had not been in circulation and been handled, and IF it was certified by one of the major third party grading services as a MS-65 grade coin, numismedia.com shows a value of $21.60. Those are two pretty big if's. Also, consider that over 690 million were minted, so while it is 40 years old, the collector value isn't hugh.
