    Coin Collection Worth?

I know you guys wont be able to tell me exactly what these are worth, but i've had these ever since my grandfather has passed away, and i'd really like to know where they are in value seeming as how it's almost 30 years later. Here's the list. (i continued collecting half dollars after his death)

    (3) 1921 Silver dollar
    (4) 1922 Silver dollar
    (2) 1923 Silver dollar

    (1) 1926 Silver dollar
    (1) 1972 Silver dollar
    Half Dollars:

    1 1969
    11 1971

    5 1992
    1 1993
    2 1995
    15 1776-1976

Full cased Miss liberty Series (excellent Condition)

    1898 Indian Penny
    1912 liberty nickel
1945 silver walking liberty half dollar
    1915 silver barber quarter
    1911 silver barber dime

Us proof set 1951 (perfect condition)
51' Half dollar, quarter, dime, nickel, penny

    1972 Un-circulated eisenhower silver dollar

Thanks so much for your help, it'd be nice to know just a general ballpark of what you guys think this might be worth...if you guys need pictures of any of the coins, let me know and i'll take some. I have a 14 mp camera, so detail will be clear.

    Thanks again guys!

Photos would be needed to determine grade and value. I don't see any key dates here unless the 1921s are Peace dollars, or the 1912 Liberty nickle has a mintmark.

it almost looks like the liberty nickel has the EN in cents rubbed off for some odd reason...guess these coins arent in the best shape after all, however from what i can tell, the 1921s are not peace dollars. here's two pictures of the two side of the nickel.

The real answer I don't know. I'll guess a price and it's based on if they are all real, all ugly, all have common MM, no proofs ect...$1,000 to $1,300.

But it's kind of like I have a car and it's from the year 2009. How much is it worth?

The 1951 Proof Set is the most valuable item on your list (unless, of course, any of your coins are in exceptional condition or have a rare mintmark or the 1921 Silver Dollar is a high-grade Peace Dollar). In average condition it could be worth $400 to $500 (or more, depending on condition).

The "Miss Liberty Series" is probably worth only the silver content of the silver coins. (The coins in those types of sets are usually polished, which destroys any collector value.) You should expect to get about $20 for that.

The 1926 and earlier Silver Dollars are worth about $23.40 each due to their silver content (maybe more if they are high-grade examples or if they have a rare mintmark). Assuming they are all common dates and are in average circulated condition (or worse) your 12 Silver Dollars are worth about $280.

The 1972 Ike Dollar is worth $1.

The 1969 Kennedy Half is worth about $4.50 due to its silver content. The 1971 and later Kennedy Halves are worth 50 cents each (or $37.50 total).

The Uncirculated 1972 Ike Dollar may be worth $5 or so, $8 if it has an 'S' mintmark.

I see a total value of $750 to maybe $900 depending on condition and mintmarks. Expect substantially less from a dealer.

The EN is not rubbed off. It looks to be a grease filled die and quite a heavy one at that.

Thats a good thing if it is, well better then it being rubbed off atleast rofl.

Unless one of those silver dollars is in really incredible shape then you have roughly 300 bucks of silver dollars.

All those kennedy halves besides the 1969 are worth 50 cents, unless they are in incredible shape. The 1969 is worth about 5 bucks. and the walking half is worth about 11 bucks.

Just to get an idea of what a good looking kennedy half and peace dollar look like ill post you a pic.

Those files are HUGE! Can you resize them and simply post them here?

crewtek. I went by your original 18 photos of the 9 coins.

4 is good 9 is good

7 and 8 are worth small premium

I am sure that 1 2 3 5 6 are not worth more then melt value or at least nothing significant, they are about 25 each give or take a buck or two.

id say you could get 35-50 for number 4

for number 8 maybe 30-35 bucks same with number 7

for number 9 can not say without pics that have better lighting.
