What would you grade this half dime?

I recently picked this up at an auction. I judge the coin to be XF, grading the fields and devices, but as you can see there are rim dings, an especially large one on the reverse. How bad does that reduce the grade? Thanks in advance for any input.

It would probably be graded as XF Details- Damaged or something.

I wouldn't... the coin simply has far too many issues. Sorry.

Yup, damaged. You don't grade damaged coins.
