Here is what I came with after much editing with Picasa 3. As you can see focus is lost or at best olny fair when zooming on an individual nickel.
Picasa 3 has no focus control so I cannot go any farther. I'm not sure this even should be a consideration because the main project was to get each album page photographed acceptably. PLEASE EXCUSE the poor lighting which causes dark areas and bright areas bon each page.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated. I'm using a Nikon L120 Cool Pix, 14 megapixel, digital camera.

Hey Woody, can't you read the sign? That goes for you too!
Hello Coin People,
Last weekend I took 198 slabbed coins from a SDB to play at home. I hadn't seen these coins for a long time & it was nice to make their acquaintance again. The SDB coins included my proof collection of Liberty nickels and an MS collection of Liberty nickels. There were also a bunch of other really cool coins ranging from $5 coins to $5,000 coins. In total there were 198 in the box. Before returning them to the SDB I photographed them all to create a record of what was in the box. I rapidly took two pictures of each coin & probably invested about an hour photographing all 198 slabs.I then had to invest much more time just to align & crop the 400 photos.
The pics are not really glamour photos that I would be proud to post here at CT but I think they are very adequate to describe the contents of the SDB. What do you think of these pics?

Here is one in the SDB that I didn't remember having..... But now I remember.....
I got the coin in a PCGS holder & planned to have it crossed to NGC. Not having a submission planned, I stored it away and it got stored in the SDB with my other DDR half dollars. I'd actually forgotten about it until now. Of course, this was a nice surprise. Now I wish that I had taken a better photo to view the details of this particular doubled die reverse.
