Thread: What organizations are you a member of ?

Please let us know about your memberships....for example,
I am a member of SPMC, and recieve Paper Money magazine 6 times a year, I was a member of the ANA, but did not send in the annual dues this year because thier magazine, The Numismatist, is 95% coin related. I recieve Bank Note Reporter every month, and am a member of Collectors Universe Forum, along with the PMG Currency Forum. The last major show I attended was FUN 2011 held in Tampa.

My only membership is IBNS, and I really enjoy their Journal. I'm a member of a few forums, one french forum which I stumble through. I used to get BNR, but it was a bit too focused on US material for me. Last show I attended was last fall here in Sacramento.

I am a member of CoinMasters (remember them?), WINS (#35), and the ANA. I am member #307 of CT and I am thinking of joining CSNS this year if I can swing it.

I am also a member of the USBC (United States Bowling Congress) and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, but I think that you meant coins only. It is also my plan to get my PBA Tour card this year as I turn 50 and finally qualify for the Senior Pro Tour.

Not really a member of many organizations. I subscribe to Bank Note Reporter and Numismatic News. I like getting a lot of information from places such as this forum(!), local coin dealers, and shows. Last show I went to was back in October in Steelton, PA. Smaller show, but still had some good stuff for both paper money and my Barber Dime collection.

Thinking about joining SPMC, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Memberships - ANA and Texas Numismatic Association (TNA) - TNA has a great show in Fort Worth every year in May -- lots of paper money besides coins
Also the Memphis Paper Money Show is a good one to attend.
