That's an understatement. It's probably the single most useful plant that mankind has ever known! And I think it should be on some US coins,I mean Washington, and Jefferson were huge growers, supporters, and yes, smokers of it,as was Lincoln, and they are all on US coins.
And does anyone see all the things they can make from it now? I've done some searching online, they make clothes, build entire homes, make plastics, even fuel. Not to mention food and medicine.Henry Ford built a car almost entirely out of hemp, and it ran on hemp! There's a video on utube showing a man hitting the car with a sledge hammer, and it just bounces off...yea I have other hobbys besises coin collecting![]()
They sure seem to be flooding the market with these silver coins.

Matt, like it or not, marijuana has become very mainstream around the world. Its use is widely accepted even if not legal in most places.
There is a giant counter-culture that subscribes to the use of marijuana. Someone has merely decided to try and capitalize on it.

Is that green material the same as what Canada uses on some of their circulating and commemorative coins? They just add the fragrance to the mixture.
This is why I don't collect NCLT. It's just tacky. But to each his own I guess. Nice conversation piece though.
The Mayer Mint, as far as I know. As for the coin (well, "coin"), see this topic:
