    New to this site

Greetings all, I am new to this site. I have been a part time collector since I was a kid. I was prompted to join this site due to a recent find. I had to help my parents move recently and my Dad gave me a box of coins . Most were junk foreign coins of 60;s thru 80's vintage but there were a few gems like a couple of 1 cent Upper Canada coins and a 1/2 cent too, some early 19century US Pennies a small silver Spanish cob and a host of other interisting pieces. I would appreciate advice on posting pics of them here for you to see and give me advice on them. I am familiar with the format of this site so I know how to post photos just not where is best here to do so.

    Thanks , Mike

Welcome, I would recommend you to practice taking pictures of coins when posting them. Its a bit different than taking regular pictures. Have fun.

Welcome Mike. I would like to see what a 1 cent Upper Canada coins and a 1/2 cent is.

Not sure what a small silver Spanish cob is.
