    In a word.... YES!

    Amazing what people will do. My question, other than why waste the fees on ebay (do they still charge you based on your starting bid or BIN price?) is What did he insure the coin for when it went to and came from ANACS? Bet you it wasn't nearly the amount he's asking for.
