strange mintmark

does anyone else think this mintmark is off-centered?

Yes! These misplaced Mintmarks are fairly common and there is really no extra value for the Mint Employee being drunk when they punched the Mintmark into the Die.

By the way, Frank 2, I believe it's "fugitaboutit". Just one mans opinion though.
