Thread: 1982 (no mint mark) rim error/ 1982 (D) wierd planchet!

The 1982 no mint mark has some kind of rim error. The 1982 D has a streaking across the flan.

Rim error is on the rim under the bust of Abe and the date. hover over image then click wait for window to open then click again to zoom in then use center mouse click to scroll around.

Sorry, but there's no error on the first coin. A lot of cents from that era look like that. And the second isn't an "error", persay. It's a "woody" cent. It's caused by the improper mixture of the bronze. It's cool, but not worth too much.
