Well, alot of good guesses. Some of you got it right on. I don't yet have the coin in hand and the pics were from the seller's ebay listing, but he is a very reputable seller (c-usa), so I'm pretty excited. I'm thinking I may send it back in for a regrade someday, but for now, I'm pretty happy.

Thanks everyone for the guesses!

At least MS 65, and maybe higher if the luster is all there (tough to tell from scan/photo). Thanks for sharing...Mike

Under different lighting, the breaks in the frost could be almost unnoticeable, I think. It could actually be quite sparkling. That, plus the apparent utter lack of marks could certainly warrant MS66, mybe MS67, depending on who originally sent it to be slabbed.

Or maybe not. CDB

Well, I don't have it in hand yet, so I don't want to jinx myself, but I paid $109 with shipping.

No matter what, I have really been into frosty Morgans as of late and I think I did well (no matter what it grades). Thanks all for some great guesses. Maybe I'll repost in a month or two if I try the PCGS regrade...just to see. I'll let you all know if there were any changes.

I wouldn't try it were me because I don't think it'll upgrade - I'd save the money. But that's me.
