Smile Zimbabwe is introducing a $100,000 Bearer Cheque.

Here's a link: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/5032826.stm .Zimbabwe is a genuine banana republic.

All your talk about these things has led me to start buying them on ebay. I now have the 20,50, and 100 thousand (not arrived yet). I need the 10,000 and I think that is the whole set?

Nice examples of infaltion money of a soon to be former regime (hopefully).

JBK,the $5,000 one is the smallest denomination.Collecting the Zimbabwean Bearer Cheques is a very interesting area (& challenge) in itself,as there are several 'expiry dates' for the same issuing date. The Cargill Cotton ones are very scarce, which is why they're priced so highly in Pick.If you do get any extras, please feel free to send me an email & we could possibly do some business.
