Howdy Dan - Welcome to the Forum !!

Just to clarify, do you have a mint set or a Proof set ? There were no business strike S dimes in '68 - only some examples of the Proof dime were issued without the S mint mark.

HI DAN
In the 1968 mint set, it only came with the S on the cent and nickel the dime quarter and half did not have a s-mint on them. This info comes from RON GUTH BOOK PROOF& MINT SETS.
