Chinese cash coin question

The vast majority of Chinese, Japanese and Korean cash coins have reverse designs, and a diameter of ~24mm. 100 cash coins typically measure 35mm or more. I can't find any reference in Krause to cash coins with colored lacquer, and the characters on this one don't seem to match up with any of the illustrations.

Soooo, what is this 3g, 25mm milled brass coin, with no upset rim on the blank reverse
