should i have these graded?

So like i said my name is austen and I was left with my grandfathers coin collection which I had appraised by a local coin shop and I was told my collection of morgan dollars was worth 200 dollars. And when I asked if they should be sent out to be graded he then told me it wasnt worth it.. But when the coin shop owner told me the worth of the coins it seemed like he was offering to buy them. So I then bought a few books on grading and the Red Book. Anyway I was wondering if by a few pictures you could tell me if the coins are worth grading. Click image for larger version
