I know their web site and have made references to it on this forum when people ask about Rhodium and copper but have never used them so I have no experiential answer to vote with in your poll. I don't think many here have bought from Cohen either because few seem to discuss them or comment when I have referred to them.

What are you in the market for? What was the impetus of your poll besides other peoples general overall sense of Cohen Mint?

In that general case, try Provident Metals first or Apmex, kitco amongst others.

I recommend buying/investing in government issued coins as they are easier to liquidate: ASE, Maples, Krugerrands, Pandas, Libertads, Aus Phil...

Also know each of your metals' markets, copper and exotics may not be as easy to liquidate when the time comes, which is true of places like Cohen mint who mint their own coins, which may be unfamiliar to dealers or individual buyers when you go to sell, that may hurt your returns, if any.

I have visited the cohen mint site, I was not impressed with their coins designs or prices, in any case not having had dealings with them I felt it would be unfair to post an opinion that would be woefully UNinformed.

    E Pluribus FUN!

They seems to have some unique novelty items. But a vitally important factor in buying bullion for investment is the ease of resale. I don't know how easy it would be to resell these items without taking a substantial discount compared to better known mints.

I was starting to think you were interested in user experience for marketing. LOL! Who knows you could work for them at a young age, but I'd suggest you finish school and stuff before all that work starts.

I've been to their site back when I wanted to invest in rhodium.. the problem is even if you buy their extremely overpriced rhodium bars who the heck are you going to sell them too.. That's why I want to buy commodities..
The sight lay out is very poor and not user friendly and the wording is extremely improper.

I have purchased from them before..also if u search on google Cohen mint you will find similar threads/forum posts that are of stories similar to mine below:

You order, you get a order confirmation..that is the only form of communication I RECEIVED until I got my coins. I sent a check for like $300 for some rhodium gram coins. No response, check was cashed 8-10 days after i sent it. No response of shipment, No response to my emails(about 5 emails sent) no response when you call the number provided to the cohen mint, no response to voicemails. THIS was happening to everyone who made a order, no matter what they purchased. It was so bad that he stopped accepting paypal cause people were doing chargebacks so much cause of his No response services, as people felt they were getting ripped off. Therefore at the time when i purchased he only did bank wires and cashiers checks.

The guy literally expects you to send him $$$$ with no questions asked and he just thinks ull trust him to get out what you ordered. With no confirmation of receiving your payment or anything.

I actually had to do research and contact folks on ebay selling cohen minted coins to get information on how the place operated and if it was "common" for Cohen to treat his customers as such..and sure enough most of them said yes it takes 2-3 months to receive your order all the time every time.

If ordering from the place I WOULD CALL or find a way to get in touch with cohen to see if he has changed his ways at all or actually picks up his phones. This was about a year ago, since then i believe he accepts paypal again and has updated his site, but i do not know about his services if they are the same and unprofessional as hell still....

    Real talk.
