Yes, ANY indian head cent is a nice coin (well, unless corroded beyond recognition) ESPECIALLY at face value. And, I keep every wheat back cent I find as well. Nice going, keep it up.

If you are going to continue, you might want to get the cherrypickers guide or a book called Strike It Rich With Pocket Change. They will help you look for error coins while you roll search.

One more thing, the period is located on the first row (closest to the space bar) on the left side (hehehehe, couldn't resist).

Just got back with $50 in pennies $25 from one bank $25 from another started on them and found a commonwealth of the bahamas 1 cent. I know it is probably worth only a penny but the Star Fish in A/U B/U looks cool I can't wait to show the nephew he will love it. It is the first one I have ever seen too. Also 4 Wheats in fisrt 15 rolls not too bad. Kent

Bought $25 in pennies and $50 in halves. Pickings were slim on these two batches. Haven't searched much this week, going to buy the same tommorrow after I cash these in.

Pennies:
Wheat - 37, 45S, 46
One nice looking AU 1964
One - 1998 wide AM

Halves:
Found two 72D halves where the FG is barely there. One the F is completely missing while the G can be seen with some magnification. On the other both letters are like this. So they are not quite missing but not quite there either.

Searched 10 bankrolls of pennies today, got 5 wheats about 10 1960's-1970's w/ bright luster and better than 1/3 of all were pre 82. I think a good day!

I found another 1945 nickel yesterday (silver). I am trying to see if I can fill the first Jefferson book from circulation. There are quite a few out there yet, but there are a few really tough dates...I have found the '50 D, and a number of silver dates, but still haven't found the 38 & 39 D and S, 43 D, 44D, 49 S, 50 P, 51 S, 55 P and the 58 P. Guess I'll just keep looking.

Is it possible to find silver in Half rolls from the Fed? Teller at bank says no, but I knew someone here would know for sure. Thanks Kent

Yes and they don't come from the fed, they come from armored car companies. Just goes to show you that (some) tellers don't know as much as they think they do.

Found a 1940 wheat and a 1947 nickel at the cash register at work (but the nickel fell out of my pocket somewhere, didn't really need it anyway)

36 2009D Log Cabin Cents

5 2009 Formative years cents (One of them was a P mint! I haven't even found a P mint Cabin yet!)

8 Canadian Cents (1920(My oldest canadian find!), 1974, 1979, 1980, 1983, 1984, 1991, and two 1999s)

and it will remain that way, because I believe 1920 was the first year of the Canadian Small Cent
