Thread: Roll-searchers, post your results!

Dumped a box of dimes and checked for halves, nothing doing there.
I did get a box of halves ordered for next week though. Not those crap Loomis boxes, it'll be a Strings box.
Here's to March being better than the end of Feb.

$720 CWR: one 90% kennedy, 5 40%s
$210 BWR: one 90% franklin and a 40% (both were on the ends of the same roll! I was so excited to open it, but the rest were clad lol)
$22 loose: 6 40%s!

also did two boxes of dimes and got three rosies. With all the silver I got today, I just hit the half pound mark of pure silver with all my finds !

$500 in quarters skunk.
$4.50 in loose halves at bank #1 had one 40%er.
$7.00 in loose halves at bank #2 also had one 40%er.
Both tellers saw me come in and sat their halves on the counter and I immediately saw the silver. Whoot!

3 boxes of halves....all dirty skunks. Did find a '92 clad proof though.

Searched only one box of halves today but it turned up 2 64's and 4 40's. bank has another box for me tomorrow. hopefully same results. I here people bad mouthing loomis and wells fargo but both those fit the description of tonights box

6 cwr of halves... nothing. 4 bwr quarters... nothing.

the exciting news though is that this makes 4 boxes in a row without marked coins. It took me 4 months but I think I have finally sifted through all the dumps.

I'm sorry. That reminds me of last year when I was going through box after box after box of nothing. I almost quit a few times. It doesn't seem worth it after awhile.

Only have had chance to get one box this week: I found 1 90% 64 and 3 40%ers in the first 8 rolls. I thought it was going to be a great box. Alas, those were the only ones. But, 4 is good for me as of late.

Don't give up merc, reading your posts has taught me that you gotta go through a fair number of skunky streaks before you make some incredible finds. Didn't you just find a couple Morgans recently?
