I find "A" dime in a penny roll on a pretty regular basis. I think those cheap coin sorters people buy make mistakes sometimes, but a whole roll of them!? That's pretty cool!

This makes up for the roll I got from a bank yesterday that only had 45 pennies in it, lol! I went back and bought the remaining 40 rolls from this particular teller. I'm going through them right now, no more dimes yet but one of the rolls I just went through dates to 1987 and before. There are several rolls with the same type of wrapper that these pre-1988 coins were found in so I'm hoping there are more of these older rolls in the lot.

One box today and found 1 1965. Does it matter what company ships the boxes?

Went through $100 of BWR, got 10 40% halves out of them. And, once again, a single roll had 7 in it! So after going through about $373 of halves in just 4 days of searching, my total is 43 40% halves and 2 90% quarters.
It's strange, though: I've yet to find a 1970 half, and every single '68 or '69 is from Denver.

All of the boxes I've been getting come from Brinks in clear plastic rolls. I average 10 wheats per box with them. I've read about people having better finds from Loomis boxes.
I ended up buying the remaining 40 rolls from the teller who had the dimes in the penny wrapper. No other dimes were found and I only got 2 or 3 wheats out of these 40 rolls. Some of the rolls were interesting, though. One dates to 2003 or earlier, one dates to 1987 or earlier and one dates to 2004 or earlier. All three of these rolls have the same type of wrapper. I'll be hanging onto these rolls for a while, they are kind of neat as it is like stepping back in time and going to a bank almost 10 or 25 years ago.

This is what the mintages look like for the 1970 :
1968-D - 246,951,930
1969-D - 129,881,800
1970-D - 2,150,000

My wife returned yesterdays SKUNK box of dimes and picked up another box of dimes on the way home.
Got a 58 Rosie. So far from 10 boxes of dimes we have had at least one with 3 being skunks but we have avoided 2 in row so far.
Best of luck to everyone!

Has anyone found a good calculator to put in the # of coins and multiply the silver content of various types of silver coins?
