Double Dies, or somethign else....

Please tell me what you think of these two coins...

The first (1999 cent), the coin with inverted colors. This coin shows a secondary outline under the shoulder, back of the head, under the chin, under the ear and under the nose. One of the 9's in the date also loos like a secondary outline. The top MOTO has a secondary outline throughout most of the entire string, however, it looks as if the severity of the outline spreads the further down the MOTO you look, ending with the second T in TRUST being almost at the rim. I thought this to be Strike Doubling (or Mechanical) but did not expect the doubling to appear on almost every point. However, i do not think its a Doubled Die with the doubling not being consistanty even with every letter of a particualr word.

The second cent (1992) is not as extreme as the 1999 - Somethign is weird around the top backside of Lincolns head, but mostly at the date and mint mark. Again, i think this is Strike Doubling (if for no other reason then both the date and mintmark are affected), but have never seen a doubling like this leaving a full ghostly image behind the front mark. Also, with the magnitude of the 'spread' on the 992, i am surprised it would not show on the 1. The mintmark was affected with the same 'spread' as the date, but there is some kind of corruption or corrosion happening where the 'spread' was.

any thoughts??
