hi, does this look like an error coin or just really really dirty
to me, it looks like the plating was left out
EDIT: the scans doesn't really show the quarter clear... there are like diagonal lines going from north west to south east on the front (obverse?
) of the quarter... i think you can see a bit of the lines i'm talking about around the neck on the picter but in person you can see those lines covering the entire front side of the quarter, also you can see them a lot sharper and more clear in person
