Fair enough, I just thought you were implying that when you bolded "PCGS is much stricter" when you quoted in your previous post.

While it is true that the high percentages of 70 grades could be interpreted as a relaxing of strictness in the TPG grading standards for that grade, it could also be the case that the U.S. Mint production techniques and quality control has improved with respect to those series with the high percentage of 70 grades.
