Try this freeware program highlighted in the August issue of ANA's Numismatist - "Virtual Coin Cabinet II". (

It's very basic and easy to use. I entered all my coins and customed the catalog layout and it works great for me (194 coins). It also allows you to enter photos, sort, print various lists catologs, etc.
The article states that the September issue will futher discuss other features of the program...as I said it is very basic so I'm interested in reading what else you can do with it.
