The Phillipines were a US territory form the Spanish American war (1898) to their independence after WWII.

Treas do you know the value on this coin since it has two major errors on it, and I think it;s in Ms 62 or better. I am not that familier with the grading system on these ,and the value i do know how to grade canadians but not these.

Were would I get info on these particular errors on this coin and a grading system
