Okay, what or how will this effect the grading and value of this 1999 Type II wam?
It's a great looking cent with good luster and it is red.
Why would someone clean, whizz, rub this coin because it is in AU condition? Look at the rims, they only have one or two miniscule dings.
How did they think they could improve the apperance when it was excellent to start with? I'm still subnmitting it to ANACS and will see what happens. THANKS everyone. You are probably wondering why this occurred also.
