most of the time, if the catalog give a price for UNC, but nothing lower, then the value for those lower grades is usually face value, or current exchange rates. This isnt always the case, but usually
As De Orc stated, the prices he gave were for notes in UNC grade. Your notes are not. So if you sold then at a price point of UNC, they wont sell, and will sit there for 6 months
