Due to the complexity and subtlety of the error, I can't come to any conclusion without examining it myself under a microscope. Depending on the angle of the shot and the area that's been zeroed-in on, it variously resembles a layer of glue, a strike-thru, a struck-in metal fragment, and a planchet problem.
