I'm pretty sure palindrome just means it reads same from both directions, and I know it's justified by one zero.

edit: woops misunderstood, i meant to say that by excluding the 0 (justifying the serial to the right like on MS Word or scantrons) it's a palindrome. Not sure if that counts, but it's real damn close!
