this bank succeeded the East Tennesee Bank of Knoxville on December 21. 1933. there were 28,410 of those notes printed. as far as price that particular note since it is #1 would probably be worth $300-500 maybe more to the right collector. the notes in general depending on condition could run from say $150-$175 and up. my info is from the "Standard Catalog of National Bank Notes" but the version i have is decades old so the prices in the book arent correct so i just adjusted them to todays possible price ranges. hope that helps
