Nope there is no news of any commemorative 5 rupees coin in ni-br yet.
I also picked up the Louis Braille 2 Rupees coin for $7.
Its now being sold at ebay for $50.
Last I think I heard from Spock was in some stamp collecting forum. Poor chap I guess went into self imposed exile
