My Mood:
CT Selling Rules

Howdy peeps,

Most of you know that I don't come into the GD section often but this is about the only place I can figure to post this, since it doesn't fit anywhere else.

The problem I have is I have messaged both Doug & Peter and I guess I have not received a reply from either because of the nature of my request, which deals with "advertising" non-numismatic related items for sale/trade and while I realize CT isn't a swap meet, I don't understand why we can't list non-numismatic items, other than Peter not wanting to turn this into a Flea Market but if coins can be traded or sold for cash, what's the difference? Why can't I trade a GPS for a Morgan or a IPod for a DBC or a Laptop for a Gauden?

If we can buy-sell-trade numismatic items, I think we should be able to trade non-numismatic items also but that's my opinion, which doesn't make a difference but maybe if more peeps feel like I do, we can get Peter to lessen the rules a tad bit to see what happens? The stuff I have is awesome and I can sell it on Ebay and make more but then I have to deal with Ebay fees and PayPal fees and all the other carp that goes with Ebay and I'd rather not and I would think CT members would like to save money on stuff too.

So please stick in your two cents and we will go from there.
