I don't want to burst your bubble but the coin is post mint damage the coin is to thin for a waffle coin and the streaks are going over the rim that;s not a normal feature on a true rejection coin waffled from the mint sorry. Well if you want to send it in and see go aheard you will be very disapointed and wasted money on something instead of spending it on a coin that you really may want ,just some friendly alien advice take it or leave it it;s your money.You don;t have to mention my name i know who you are refereing too.
