Many peeps don't like giving their credit card info over the phone, they're worried about getting scammed and I don't blame them. But if they see you've got a secure web page to enter the information, they are more likely to not worry about it because if someone goes through the work and expense to give a person a secure way to provide their credit card info, they feel it must be a good company/person to deal with. That's why I made the form, so peeps could provide me their info on a secure setting and not have to worry about identity theft.
It cost me but in the long run, it'll pay for itself.
I'll keep you all informed of how things go with Ebay, once I get the documents they want.
