Leadfoot called in and gave his regrets on being strapped into his office chair and couldn't attend.
Did make another purchase even though I had resolved to stop blowing cash given my previous purchases. It was another Conder token (okay - you can snore now) that is got a lot of red on the obverse that depicts a large hospital for small pox victims. Remember, back in the late 1700s, that illness would likely be a killer. Unfortunately, there were no sickly looking people shown - just a rather large building.
BTW - that coin I was raving about earlier that I bought at the Heritage auction was a Barber quarter. dready told me I had forgotten that little detail in my enthusiastic posting about this show.
