greetings!
i, personally, have never hearrd of "oath" dollars. please be very wary of hype and limited edition coins. also, learn to grade...not to take the numbers on a slab. at $80/ pop...i would look to investing it in education before you purchase anything.
everyone wants your money, so be very cautious w/ it. i would listen to other commentary from experienced numismatists before trading the money for coins. only my humble opinion.
