A few questions come to mind:

1. Have you done business with this coin dealer before?

2. If not, what made you decide to send the coin to the dealer in question instead of taking the coin to a coin show for an appraisal.

3. Was the dealer reputable and an expert at attributing Indian Cents?

In any case, IMO, it looks to me to be a normal every day 1873 IHC, but, I'm no expert. Maybe one of our other members can provide more.
