At least, there may have 0AD000001 or A/2 000001(fancy number/low number).
Could it be said that MAS or BCMB will destroy them during printing?

First of all, polymer banknote printing have a much higher percentage of error during the printing process. The error can be from 30% to 50%.
I have confirmed with Mavin International, OAD do not have any low serial number, solid numbers or any special numbers. They simply do not print them. I believe it is a selective printing. It is different from the conventional paper printing. It is the same for the Brunei $20 A/2 prefix.
I did asked about how were those golden numbers ( low serial 1-10, solid number 111111 - 999999 ) printed. They were specially printed. This ensure that all of the banknotes do not have errors.
The golden numbers were auctioned off in the Mavin Auction (
www.mavininternational.com ). The passed auction catalogues are available for viewers. Here is a list of Mavin Auction No. 16 which auctioned off the Singapore first prefix OAA solid numbers and the realised prices. I did not managed to win them as the prices are beyond my reach. But luckily, I managed to win the Singapore $20 last prefix OAC 555555 and the Brunei $20 First and ony prefix A/1 555555 for the world 555555 collection.
