i have a dateless buffalo soaking right now in vingar. i've had it in there for 4 days know and the oval shaped thing that the date is on is starting to appear a little bit to the right. i can't wait to see what date it is! it also has an s mintmark. i agree, if you show someone a dateless coin, they don't think as it as being an old coin. if it has a date they will know and think it is cool. i'd rather have a date on a old worn buffalo than a no date any day. thats why i soak them in acid.
