I, for one, wish you the best of luck in your endeavor. Grading anything above AU has always been a problem for me and I won't try to pretend that I'm anything but a casual collector. Given the huge price difference between MS64 and MS65 coins in many cases, it's just too risky for a casual collector to participate under the current circumstances. Personally, I don't think grading will ever become objective unless and until someone figures out how to program a computer to do it consistently enough to gain acceptance in the numismatic community, but any attempt to improve the present system is worth a shot.
