1970S Lincoln Penny

I found a 1970S Lincoln penny in a bank roll the other day. It is the "small date" type I believe (the kind where the date "comes out", or it's not pressed inward, like on most coins.) In the Red Book it says that one of these in MS-65 is worth $65.00.

Am I missing something or do I have a coin that could maybe get $10 or $15?
