hmmm, really? You wouldn't be more disgusted if they called (or worse yet you called them) and were told the coins had been damaged or lost? Or what if they called to tell you the coins were cointerfeit and were filled with anthrax and they had exploded and ANACS is suing you for sending bio-weapons to them through the mail.
I don't doubt that you are disgusted (and for good reason), but it seems that you are exagerating a little here. That is all I'm trying to point out.
