I doubt PCGS or NGC will put them out of business since their customer service leaves a lot to be desired also at times. I personally have always received better service with ANACS.
My fiance sent the coins in, because she thought it would be better to go with cheaper service. I had to remind her that I am hired at PCGS, and she should be using them.
