You photos are very over exposed which makes it hard to evaluate the fields. If you could get better photos it would really help.
If I may take a different approach: is this something you're thinking about purchasing, and if so, what is the seller claiming?
I'm not sold on this...with the photos being so over exposed, we can't see the fields at all. This coin could be harshly cleaned for all we know.
I'm not totally convinced its real if it is I'd think it may be an au-58 that's been cleaned it definitely has been cleaned just how much is the question the divots that look like bubbles on the obverse give me cause for concern too
The coin is almost certainly genuine, displays what is sometimes referred to as the "medium mintmark" (although the size difference is negligible and is noted for usually being filled), and listed as Breen 5819.
My concerns are not if it's fake , as I'm 95% sure it's real but those fields just don't look right . It almost looks polished .
Greens pics help a lot I see all the fine parrell lines where it's been polished genuine but polished
A good one to stay away from the mirror proof like fields are from the coin being polished not the dies being polished I'd wait and buy a slabbed problem free one
