hi Pablo. Thank you for your opinion on the 1817 Ferdin 8 reales I posted several months ago. I have not visited the thread since it was opined that my coin was fake. But I have posted the coin on ebay for $9.99 as a counterfeit coin. But I just read your message and I'm really glad you see it as genuine. I showed the coin to some local collectors and they have never seen a fake 1817 ferdin and believe the coin to be genuine, too. I told them the coin "might" be a counterfeit, but they said why would someone fake a 1817 8 reales coin. hahahaha. thanks
